The finis freestyler paddles jr are specially designed for front crawl training for juniors/children and adults with smaller hands. Thanks to the special design with a long fin shape and surf skegs your hand flies forward through the water increasing the distance per stroke. It stimulates a strong pull and push movement and better hip rotation while swimming. The narrow profile of the paddles prevents shoulder strain.
